Well I guess hard work pays off and definitely knowing the right people helps out a lot. But when we got the phone call about the show from the company who we were working with at the time asked up to perform it was a wrap. """UHHH YESSS""" lol..But yeah No doubt we were so hyped we booked a weekend AZ Tour Friday in Phoenix, Saturday in Flagstaff and SUNDAY in Tucson. At the time Finnesse music group set was divided by 3 artist featuring a collabo of dancers and Dj Fro w/ O'shea on the drums. Who is amazing by the way!
Being the CEO and artist at the same time I have to endure a lot of behind the scenes politics and pre-show dilemma and artist trippin and what not. So as much as I loved this whole experience it wasn't just a get on the stage perform and bounce and everyone is happy! It was a Stressful Day in which you saw some people from other companies true colors and how they really are and what Power can do to you...
But on the flip-side Overall...ha I rocked it to the best of my abilities with my new school rap with an old school flare style.
In my opinion visually and on an art stand point we had the best set hand down!! B-Boys, Singers, Emcee, Dj, Drummer,,,come on NOW!!! lol
I must admit I wasn't the biggest lil wayne fan and til this day I'm not a die-hard fan But you can't deny his work and resilience in this game! Not to mention his punchlines and play on words, amazing!!
Great experience though learned a lot and YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE SEEING A LOT MORE OF AMANI JAE!!!
